After placing the order & making payment online, how soon does the buyer expects the delivery?

Unless the produts are ready in stock or fit in to the ongoing production sequence, Oripol takes maximum 7-10 days in case of fabrics and 15-20 days in case of other products to despatch the product from the date of firm order.

However finding transport and on economical terms may some times delay the despatch by a day or two. Transit time also depends on the transporter.

Therefore we expect buyers to place order early and consider two to three weeks as probable delivery time.

Buyers always get the products they chose from our whole range, and the possibility of delivery of a wrong product is remote because of several rounds of inspection and a final round of pre-despatch inspection every lot is subject to.

However in case of any human error, if a wrong product is ever delivered, the company replaces it with a fresh lot within 7 days.
